The Win Bonus Up to 1250%: What Is Published and What Is Not
The Win Bonus rewards a winning multibet with an extra percentage on top of the payout. “Up to 1250%” is the best case, and the percentage you get depends on your selections. The bonus for your exact selections is shown on the slip before you confirm, and that figure, not the banner, decides what you win. Check it on the slip before you register or deposit.
Three rules from the Terms and Rules affect the bonus. First, a multibet can hold at most 60 selections. Second, if a match is cancelled and not completed within 24 hours, the slip is recalculated without it, and the bonus shrinks with it. Third, winnings are paid after tax, so the amount that lands in your wallet is below the headline figure.

Aviator and the 15% Casino Cashback
Aviator comes from Spribe and is promoted as “Biggest Aviator Max Win”. In July 2025 one round on BetPawa paid out more than USD 1.1 million across all winners, which Spribe called the largest group win in a single round in Africa, with players from Uganda among the winners. BetPawa states a maximum win per round of USD 250,000. A crash round ends whenever the multiplier crashes, including at very low values, so use cash-out deliberately and keep stakes small.
The 15% casino cashback appears as a banner. Check the conditions in your account before you count on it. Outside Aviator, the lobby is organised into slots, live casino and crash games.
Signing Up and Verifying: Phone, 4-Digit Password, KYC
Registration is built around your phone number. You enter the number, choose a 4-digit password, add personal details and accept the Terms. Password recovery is by a code sent to the same phone. Verification (KYC) comes before withdrawals, and BetPawa may ask for the documents in the table.

Things that can get an account restricted:
- Opening a second account, or using a second phone number on one account.
- Paying from a wallet or card that is not yours.

Money In, Money Out: MTN, Airtel, Tax and Fees
Deposits and payouts run through MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money, to the wallet in the account holder’s name. Credit cards and business accounts are not accepted. Check the current minimum and maximum amounts in the cashier before you deposit; the minimum bet is UGX 1. Payment providers may charge a fee of their own (Terms, clause 8.3), and an account left inactive for 12 months can attract a monthly fee (clause 7.12); check the Terms for the amount.
Tax is taken before payout (Terms, clause 16). The Ugandan market rate is a 15% withholding tax on betting winnings, so a UGX 100,000 win would pay out roughly UGX 85,000 at that rate. That is an illustration of the market rate, not a BetPawa promise; check the Terms for the current rate.
Why a Withdrawal May Be Held
Unfinished KYC, an uncleared payment or a review by the company can hold a withdrawal (Terms, clause 8.7). Contact support through Messenger or Telegram if a payout is delayed.
Licence, Operator Name and Group
BetPawa Uganda is licensed by the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board. The site footer shows NLGRB-BM-26-0181 (betting) and NLGRB-CS-26-0182 (casino). The 2024 register records a General Betting Operating Licence and a Casino Operating Licence for Chop Gaming Limited. The Terms name Choplife Gaming Limited as the contracting company.
The brand is owned by Mchezo Limited of Kigali and operates in Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, DRC, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon and Benin. Ethiopia is not on that list. Licences in Uganda expire each 31 December, so recheck the register every year.
